Listening to some old songs by Fergie and Destiny's Child, I noticed that part of the word delicious has come to be combined with other words to attach the meaning of delicious to a particular object or entity. Some examples include "fergalicious" (one of Fergie's songs), "bootylicious" (a Destiny's Child song), "yummilicious" and "Girlicious" (an American girl group).
Surprisingly a few dictionaries had the definition of "bootylicious" (onelook.com)

The most interesting word I felt was "yummilicious", as is yummy not equivalent to delicious?
Only Urbandictionary.com had the meaning of "yummilicious" from which I derived that the combination of these two words intensified the degree to which what was being described is "yummy":
1.To describe what is both yummy and delicious.
2. Make them taste-buds crazy.
In this case the part of the word delicious, -licious, carries the meaning of appeal and attractiveness and when attached to another word, attributes it with that meaning, which explains the girl group Girlicious and Fergie's choice of doing just that in order to associate themselves with the traits of being appealing, and sexually attractive especially.
